The 2021 NDOT Contractor E.E.O. Self-Analysis Form is Now Available

All contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants that work on or participate in any state or federally-funded Nebraska Department of Transportation project or contract must complete and submit a 2021 NDOT Contractor Self-Analysis Form. The 2021 form must be received by the NDOT Highway Civil Rights Office by January 31, regardless of when the firm’s 2020 EEO Self-Analysis form was submitted.


The 2021 NDOT Contractor Self-Analysis Form must be used. Previous versions are obsolete. The 2021 form can be found on the Civil Rights page of the NDOT website or downloaded here.
