Keeping kids safe on Nebraska’s roads is a priority at every age. From proper car seat use for young children to teaching teens the importance of seat belts, safe driving habits, and avoiding distractions like phones, we provide resources and programs to help families protect their children—whether they’re passengers or new drivers.

 

 

 

 

Honor Loved Ones

NDOT’s Roadside Memorial  program allows families to request a temporary sign honoring loved ones lost in crashes on state highways. Private memorials on highways are prohibited. Learn more
