LB583 Design-Build Form and Information

LB583 specified that if an eligible county or a metropolitan or primary class city, with a population of 150,000 or more residents, intends to proceed with a design-build contract or a construction manager/general contractor contract, the eligible county or city may adopt the design-build guidelines published by the Department. The link above explains the accelerated project delivery methods in the bill.  The NDOT has made available a process in which eligible counties and/or cities may adopt the Guidelines.
