This session will provide an overview of the funding that is provided through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) as well as state funding available to Nebraska’s local public agencies.

This session will cover discretionary grant opportunities available, more specifically RAISE, Safe Streets 4 All and other rural programs that provide funding opportunities.

Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) are often times overwhelming to understand and interpret. This session will help provide guidance and walk through the components of a NOFO to help understand eligibility and the requirements of each grant opportunity.

All discretionary grants must be submitted through the grants.gov portal.  This session will walk through the high-level process of getting an account set up prior to submitting your application.
