  • Sponsorship has been allocated for the 2019 conference.

 

Platinum Support Package - $3,000

Includes:

  • Registration and conference Meals for up to six (6) Attendees
  • Recognition on the NeUG Website and Conference media
  • Display Table if desired
  • This package also entitles the company representatives to present up to two (2) presentations (Additional slots may be allocated by planning committee if requested and available) and a possible invitation for a Key Note topic.

 

Gold Support Package - $1,200

Includes:

  • Registration and conference Meals for up to Four (4) Attendees
  • Recognition on the NeUG Website and Conference media
  • Display Table if desired
  • This package also entitles the company representatives to present up to two (2) presentations if desired.

 

Silver Support Package - $800

Includes:

  • Registration and conference Meals for Two (2) Attendees
  • Recognition on the NeUG website and Conference media
  • Display Table if desired
  • This package also entitles a company representatives to present one (1) presentation if desired.

 

Non-Sponsorship Presentations:

Presenters interested in presenting but not choosing a sponsorship level will be responsible for all conference registration fees. This excludes presentations by users of the software.

 

Non-support Presentations (Software Vendor)

Includes:

  • Presenters registration is paid at non-government rate.
  • Presentation- if selected by planning committee.
  • Recognition on the NeUG Conference media as presenter.

 

Non-support Presentations (other):

Includes:

  • Registration and conference Meals for One (1) Attendee
  • Recognition on the NeUG Conference media as presenter.

 

Display Table Space:

  • Non sponsors or presenters requesting a display table will be charged a fee of $100 for the space; in addition to the general conference registration fees for staff working the booth.
  • Includes table, power and if available a built in monitor (space dependent on number of paying sponsors)

*The NEUG reserves the right to make final decisions on any modifications to the sponsor/presenter benefits.
