Bidding as a Joint Venture

To bid as a Joint Venture with the Department please follow these steps:

Each Company must be prequalified separately with NDOT.
Submit the Statement of Joint Venture form below to NDOT.ContractLettings@nebraska.gov
Submit the Contractors joint venture agreement and documentation establishing the joint venture as a legal entity to NDOT.ContractLettings@nebraska.gov
Once the Joint Venture has been approved by NDOT, and a vendor number has been assigned, you will be required to submit a Request for Bidding Documents using the form below.
Once the Joint Venture’s Request for Bidding Documents has been approved, an Authorization to Bid will be issued to the Joint Venture.
