This is not an order form. 

Planholders List: The list is posted on the second and third Friday after the issue date, and the Wednesday before the letting. Registration must be completed by 11:00 A.M. CST on the day the planholders list is to be posted.

Once you are registered, you will be placed on all subsequent planholders lists for that letting.

Any person desiring to submit to the department a bid as a Prime Contractor shall apply to the department for prequalification. Such application shall be made not later than five days before the letting of the contract.

Outstanding Work Amount

NDOT may request a detailed account of this information. Information must be maintained by all bidders for a period of 3 years.
