Implementation Plan
The NDOT follows a strategic three-step approach to successfully implement Digital Project Delivery. Check out our Implementation Plan here. We start with an assessment of our current capabilities, followed by the development of a multi-year implementation roadmap, and concluding with the rollout of pilot projects.
We’ve completed our initial capabilities assessment and are now executing the roadmap to move toward full digital delivery. This roadmap is a living document—continuously refined as we gain new insights through implementation.
Stakeholder engagement is central to this process. NDOT is working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and utility companies to ensure collaboration and alignment at every stage.
Through this phased approach, NDOT is building a more connected, efficient, and data-driven construction process.
