NDOT Annual DBE Goal FY 2018 -2020

NDOT has proposed an annual overall DBE participation goal for FY 2018 through FY 2020 (October 1, 2017 – September 30, 2020) of 6.34%.  Race and gender neutral means will be utilized to achieve 1.5%. Race conscious project specific goals will be used to achieve the remaining 4.84%. To review the DBE goal-setting methodology, or to submit comments on the proposed DBE goal, please contact Chris Hassler or Troy Larsen.


2017 Annual EEO Report
Any contractor performing work on a NDOT project during the week of July 23-29 must complete an Annual EEO Report form (FHWA-1391) and submit it to the NDOT Civil Rights Office by August 15. The Annual EEO Report form and the instructions for completing it can be found on the NDOT website’s Civil Rights page. Contact Troy Larsen in the Civil Rights Office for assistance.
